File Requirements

File Types

Adobe Illustrator: CS 6 or lower version

Adobe Photoshop: TiFF format with layer files

Adobe PDF: Whenever possible, a PDF is not a preferred file type

Parameters

For high quality results in both screen and digital printing, always provide all linked images in CMYK mode and with a resolution of

at least 150 - 200 dpi at full size.

Always include all of the postscript fonts that are used in the job or convert all the text in outline in Adobe Illustrator.

If ‘transparency’ effects are used, supply the files with those items flattened and on a separate layer from the rest of the graphics. Otherwise, this effect can cause unforseen imaging problems at the RIP stage.

File size can be reduce subject to output size.

(Eg: Ratio 1:6, 1:8, 1:10, all sizes must be reduce proportionately.)

Proofs

Whenever possible, supply proofs with accurate content and colour.

Otherwise, we will output colour calibrated proofs for client approval.

Media : CD or DVD. Send disks by courier to the address below.

Email : Delivery of files are acceptable up to size of 5MB.

FTP: Use “www.wetransfer.com” to upload file up to 2GB files and we will download

from there.
